Returns and Refunds
We offer a no-quibble returns service within 14 days of receipt of goods.
The buyer is required to notify Bags Chase within 2 days of receipt of the item in order to qualify for the refund.
Postage costs that Bags Chase have incurred will not be refunded. Return postage fees will be paid by the buyer.
In order to receive a prompt refund:
- The return process must have been initiated by the buyer within two days of delivery
- The tag must still be attached to the bag
- The bag must be received by Bags Chase in its original condition
- The goods must be packed safely and securely using their original packaging
- Tracked and fully insured postage and shipping is used as we are not liable for any loss and/or damaged items
When a return has been agreed and the item has been received by Bags Chase, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Sale items should be returned in 2 days rather than the usual 14.
Colour Disclaimer
Actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour.
Bags Chase cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
